The Development of a Training Model Using a Training the Trainer

Abstract

      The aims of this research were  1) Develop the training pattern using Training the Trainer model based on quality and performance  2) compare pretes and postes knowledge of the those who used the developed training model, and 3) evaluate user’s satisfaction with using the developed model. The sample consisted of 30 educational personnel. The research instruments included 1) Training the Trainer model 2) an evaluation form for Training the Trainer model, and 3) a achievement test, and 4) a satisfaction. 

       The results of this research found question questionnaire the developed model using Trainer had a quality at the mor level the teachers and educational personnel showed gains in knowledge from before training at the .05 level of significant. Also, they satisfaction with the training of a more level.
