Development of Computer Multimedia Instruction for Mathayomsuksa 5, Entitled Creating Flowcharts with Program Microsoft Visio 2010

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop a multimedia computer instruction entitled creating flowcharts with a program ‘Microsoft Visio 2010’ for Mathayomsuksa 5 students, 2) study the quality of the developed computer multimedia instruction, and 3) to study satisfaction of the students with learning via the developed computer multimedia instruction. The sample consisted of 35 of Mathayomsuksa 5 students at Rongkham School in Rongkham district, Kalasin province, selected by random sampling technique using a lability method. The research instruments were the computer multimedia instruction, an evaluation form of efficiency of the developed computer multimedia instruction and a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data were: mean and standard deviation.

            Results of the research found that: 1) the developed multimedia computer instruction composed of 11 components; 2) the quality of the developed computer multimedia instruction was at a high level; and 3) the student showed satisfaction with learning via the developed computer multimedia instruction at the highest level.
