The Development of Information Systems for Internal Quality Assurance at the Curriculum Level

Abstract

       This research aims to 1) study the composition and appropriate technology for the development of information management system for quality assurance of education at the curriculum level. 2) develop a information management system for quality assurance of education at the curriculum level and 3) study the acceptance and implementation of the system. The target group consisted of 18 people. The research instruments were an experts’ opinion questionnaire about composition heard appropriate technology, an experts’ opinions about the website and users opinion questionnaire on acceptance and implementation of the website. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.

        The results found that: 1) Information management system elements for quality assurance of education at the curriculum level of 4 modules: data units’ module, management quality assurance module, SAR management module and user management module. Appropriate technologies for use in the website development were Web 2.0 technologies, the database used MySQL application, the language was written using PHP and web design support for the Firefox
and Google chrome browser 2) experts’ showed apropos nastiness of the developed website at the highest level. And 3) the users indicated their acceptance and implement of the developed website at the highest level.
