Consumer Behaviors of Medical Information Via the Internet System

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study consumer behaviors of medical information the Internet and 2) study patterns of questions about medical information. The researcher brought the information of medical requirements which were happened to check the completion of questionnaire. Then, the types of medical requirements were selected, arranged classified and specified codes and analyzed. The group of important information included the pattern of questions which happened during January - December 2015 for 1,020 questions. The questions which were asked via internet were considered by many channels such as website, e-mail, social media etc. which contacted directly to hospitals. The general information of pattern of medical requirements and the samples were analyzed using frequency, percentage and the chi-square test was employed for testing.


The results found that 1) general information of the person who ask for medical information were female and most of questions were used to serve the interest about medical information.  2) The users with different are did not use patterns of medical question different. Also the target group did not was different question at the medical center. However, users at different medical centers used different patterns of questions (p=.000).
