The Development of Information Systems on Government Document Prototype for the Local Government in Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1) develop information system on government document prototype for the local government in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, 2) study the efficiency for the developed information systems, and 3) study satisfactions of users with the developed information systems. The sample consisted 30 personnel in local administrative organizations in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The research tools used were: 1) information systems for official government protocols for local government organizations, 2) an evaluation forms and 3) a Satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used were mean and standard deviation.

The research findings showed that 1) the result of the study was the developed Information systems on government document prototype for the local government in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya work at client server; 2) the experts evaluated the efficiency of the developed at a more level; and  3) the sample users showed satisfaction with use of the developed information system in overall at a more level.
