An Information System Prototype for Personnel Management of Schools in Prachuapkhirikhan Province under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Office Area 10

Abstract

                The research on an information system prototype for personnel management of schools in Prachuapkhirikhan Province under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Office Area 10is aimed todevelop and evaluate the information system prototype for personnel management of schools in Prachuapkhirikhan province under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Office Area 10. The target  groupused in this study  consisted of   school administrators, teachers and administrative staff  of schools in Prachuapkhirikhan province, Secondary Educational Office Area 10,54 personnel altogether. Research tools used in the research were an information system prototype and a user satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were arithmetic mean and standard deviation.           

              The research found that the important component of prototype information system for administrative personnel management were the users or the  teachers, or the administrators that act as facilitator of the system and the information storage organization while the processor is part of data management procedure. Whereas the demonstration of results the information is correct and current. Moreover, the satisfaction result of the prototype information system for personnel management with a general overview of high satisfaction  of the  system with the average highest level.
