An Integrated Art and Culture to Academic Service and Learning Using ICT

Abstract
The purposes of the research were to study a problem-based learning model by using ICT for promoting arts and culture, to integrate arts and culture into learning management for “Seminar on Technology Management Course 1” and 3) to assess the application of problem-based learning model by using ICT for promoting arts and culture. The target population consisted of two groups: Group 1 was seventeen students of the doctoral program in Technology Management who studied “Seminar on Technology Management Course 1” in 3/2015, and group 2 was sixty teachers and educational personnel of PhraPariyathum Schools in Sri Saket province who participated in the training course of “Promotion of Arts and Culture through eDLTV focusing on learning society, art and culture held in Rajabhat Sri Saket University in January 2016.
The study showed that The PBL learning model by using ICT for promoting arts and culture consisted of six steps: 1) preparation, 2) selecting learning topics, 3) writing a proposal, 4) project management, 5) project presentation, and 6) evaluation. 2)The researcher integrated the results of academic services for teaching and learning arts and culture in 7-8th lesson plans of “Seminar on Technology Management Course. And 3) the percentage of the trainees in preparing lesson plans was 79.31% and 20.69% of the trainees did not prepare the lesson plans. 65.55% of the trainees were able to follow the training activities without advice and 40.55% of the trainees were able to follow the training activities with advice and 2.90% of the trainees were not able to follow the training activities. Therefore, the trainees were able to check and search for eDLTV and improve the lesson plans for the practical application of eDLTV. The trainees understood writing essay, telling story by using DO Clip. Finally, the students who participated in the research project, followed up and evaluated the research project in seven schools.
