The Information system for database management of service customers and one stop service fee of Rasdrapitsanu Limited Partnership health center.

Abstract

        The purposes of this research were to design the database for database management of service customers and one stop service fee of Rasdrapitsanu Limited Partnership health center, and to design and develop The Information system for database management of service customers and one stop service fee of Rasdrapitsanu Limited Partnership health center. This research was a research and development study using of problems and analysis of the identified problems. After that, the system was developed using Yii Framework and JQuery and then the database was designed using MySQL Database System.

        Finally, the system was tested and installed. The whole satisfaction of information system showed in very good level from totally score of 5 points (mean=4.66, SD=0.54). The results from 5 users (executives and health personnel) and the questionnaire consisted of 4 parts ;  1) The functional test and usability test that The results of the system evaluation showed that efficiency of the system according to the needs of the users was very good level (mean=4.63, SD=0.43). 2) Functional test of system was good level (mean=4.42, SD=0.56). 3) Usability of system showed in very good level (mean=4.78, SD=0.59) and system and 4) Security was reported in very good level (mean=4.80, SD=0.56). In summary, the information system was beneficial to business owners for analyzing management strategies and very convenient for health personnel to access the information of service recipients.
