Development of learning management Online teaching with Mobile Learning in form Active Learning To develop the potential of teachers in the situation of COVID 19

Abstract

This article emphasized on studying and developing the teaching potentials of teachers in the COVID-19 crisis that Mobile Learning, online lessons, were applied with active learning management model for developing instruction of teachers. The two teaching styles were content integration and Mobile Learning as online lessons that were applied to be Instruction Package toward wireless technology and the internet technology. learning style has been still learned through the content and theory principles by using the application which arranged the channel and teaching media that was the content of the course as a tool for the learning development of learners. The lesson’s content media was created and transferred toward the telephone mobile to learners for supporting concise teaching.  Teachers should develop their potential to create lesson media for knowledge transfer to learners which passed teaching process of proactive learning. Roles of learner was search for knowledge and interactive learning toward knowledge and understanding that were applied to analyze, synthesis, assess and develop themselves to the best of their ability. Teachers were facilitators who activated learners’ acquisition of knowledge, transferred content as   holding the principle of all learning process to learners toward online lesson for teaching media. Thus, mobile Learning became a tool and an important method for developing teaching skills of teachers and learning skills of learners.
