The The Development of Vlogs on Digital Platforms "Beautiful Temple @ Udon Thani" for the Hearing Impaired

Abstract
The purposes of the research were to 1) the develop vlogs on digital platforms "Beautiful Temple @ Udon Thani" for the hearing-impaired, 2) evaluate the quality of the vlogs and 3) study the satisfaction with vlog. The sample group consisted of three experts and thirty hearing-impaired students from Udon Thani School for the Deaf. The research instruments included a quality assessment form and a user satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
The research findings showed that : 1) the develop vlogs on digital platforms "Beautiful Temple @ Udon Thani" for the hearing-impaired was designed with a clear and systematic structure, emphasizing the integration of information through narrative-based storytelling typical of vlogs. The series featured nine culturally significant temples in Udon Thani Province. Each vlog incorporated a digital map, real video footage capturing the authentic atmosphere of each temple, and narration presented by deaf individuals using Thai Sign Language (TSL). The videos also included text captions and subtitles, accompanied by background music, 2) the quality evaluation by experts indicated the highest level of quality, and 3) the satisfaction study with the vlogs was also at the highest level.
