บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและหาคุณภาพของชุดเนื้อหาบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการสื่อสารสุขภาพจิตเรื่องการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ด้านการสื่อสาร บริการจิตวิทยาและให้คำปรึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี เพื่อประเมินผลการรับรู้และประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดเนื้อหาบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาและด้านสื่อการนำเสนอ 3) แบบประเมินผลการรับรู้ และ
4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงจากผู้ที่กดไลค์เพจจิตวิทยาและให้คำปรึกษา และยินดีตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งผลจากการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหาและด้านสื่อการนำเสนอ รวมจำนวน 6 ท่าน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีผลการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหา อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 4.62, S.D. = 0.59) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านสื่อการนำเสนอ อยู่ในระดับดี ( = 4.26, S.D. = 0.59) ผลการประเมินการรับรู้ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.86, S.D. = 0.35) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อชุดเนื้อหาที่พัฒนาขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.86, S.D. = 0.34) ดังนั้น ชุดเนื้อหาบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการสื่อกสารสุขภาพจิต เรื่อง การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ด้านการสื่อสาร บริการจิตวิทยาและให้คำปรึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงอย่างมีคุณภาพ
