บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ออกแบบระบบให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ต และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อแผนภาพระบบการให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยแบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ระยะ กล่าวคือในระยะที่ 1 ออกแบบระบบให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยใช้หลักคิดของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ แบบน้ำตกหกขั้นที่เรียกว่า “SASHIMI” ที่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ระยะที่ 2 เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อแผนภาพระบบการให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 51 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่าห้าระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทดสอบที ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลการออกแบบระบบให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ตมีแผนภาพสามประเภท คือ แผนภาพบริบท แผนภาพกระแสการไหลข้อมูล และ แผนภาพการทำงานของระบบ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อแผนภาพระบบให้บริการแม่บ้านบนอินเทอร์เน็ตจากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการบนอินเทอร์เน็ต ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05
