บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อการพัฒนาสื่อวิดีทัศน์ด้วยเทคนิคการถ่ายทำในรูปแบบบีโรล (B-Roll) เรื่องการทำขนมเปียกปูน 2) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคการผลิตสื่อวิดีทัศน์ เรื่องการทำขนมเปียกปูนด้วยเทคนิคการถ่ายทำรูปแบบบีโรล และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้รับชมสื่อวิดีทัศน์ เรื่องการทำขนมเปียกปูนด้วยเทคนิคการถ่ายทำรูปแบบบีโรล โดยประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Adobe premiere pro cc 2019 สำหรับพัฒนาสื่อวีดีทัศน์ร่วมกับกระบวนการผลิตสื่อด้วย 3P และเก็บข้อมูลการประเมินคุณภาพด้านการผลิตสื่อวีดีทัศน์ด้วยแบบประเมินออนไลน์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 ท่าน และข้อมูลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้รับชมสื่อด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวกหรือสมัครใจ (Convenient or Volunteer sampling) คือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเซาธ์อีสท์บางกอก จำนวน 30 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สื่อวีดีทัศน์ด้วยเทคนิคการถ่ายทำในรูปแบบบีโรล เรื่องการทำขนมเปียกปูนที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นมีความยาวของเวลาเท่ากับ 1 นาที 27 วินาที ซึ่งเป็นสื่อที่มีการถ่ายทำเน้นไปที่วัตถุ และเป็นสื่อวีดีทัศน์สร้างสรรค์ที่เข้าใจง่ายด้วยระยะเวลาสั้น 2) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคการผลิตสื่อวิดีทัศน์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.93 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.18 หรือระดับคุณภาพดีมาก 2) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้รับชมสื่อวิดีทัศน์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.19 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.16 หรือระดับคุณภาพพึงพอใจมาก
