ประเด็นปัญหาการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในภาคการศึกษา บทความวิชาการ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในภาคการศึกษา 2) วิเคราะห์ถึงประเด็นปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในภาคการศึกษา และ 3) เสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในวงการวิชาการ โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเด็นหลัก คือ ปัญหาต่อผลงานวิชาการด้านจริยธรรมและการละเมิดสิทธิ์ และปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอน พบว่า (1) ปัญหาต่อผลงานวิชาการด้านจริยธรรมและการละเมิดสิทธิ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาความมีอคติและการขาดความเป็นธรรมของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ส่งผลให้เกิดข้อมูลและผลลัพธ์ที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ปัญหาการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์และทุจริตทางวิชาการจากการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับปัญหาข้อมูลเท็จของโมเดลภาษาขนาดใหญ่จากการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่อาจนำไปสู่การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเท็จ การลอกเลียนแบบ และการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ รวมไปถึงปัญหาด้านความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ที่อธิบายถึงการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้ และ (2) ปัญหาต่อการเรียนการสอน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาการสื่อสารระหว่างผู้สอนและผู้เรียน ปัญหาคุณภาพการเรียนการสอนและปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษา เนื่องจากการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ลดโอกาสการสื่อสารแบบต่อหน้าอาจส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนสูญเสียทักษะการพูด นอกจากนี้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ยังขาดความเข้าใจอารมณ์ อาจส่งผลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับผู้เรียน ดังนั้นการพึ่งพาปัญญาประดิษฐ์มากเกินไปของผู้เรียน อาจส่งผลทำให้ศักยภาพและคุณภาพในการเรียนรู้ลดลง นอกจากนี้ยังอาจเกิดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางดิจิทัลขึ้นได้หากผู้เรียนอยู่ในพื้นที่ด้อยโอกาส
