Abstract

This study aimed to (1) develop a set of digital content for promoting obesity awareness through an online platform, (2) evaluate the quality of the developed content, (3) assess participants’ awareness levels, and (4) measure their satisfaction. The research instruments consisted of (1) a digital content set focused on obesity, (2) content and presentation quality evaluation forms, (3) an awareness assessment form, and (4) a satisfaction survey. The sample group included 50 followers of the Facebook page “KMUTT Health Care Unit.” Descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that (1) the developed digital content comprised four sets—three infographic posters titled “What is Obesity?”, “How to Prevent Obesity?” and “Does IF Truly Help with Weight Loss?” and one animated media titled “Mission: Get Fit with Simple Moves”; (2) expert evaluations rated the content quality as “very good” and the presentation quality as “good”; (3) participants' awareness levels increased; and (4) satisfaction with the content was rated at the highest level.
