การประเมินโครงการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสรรพวิทยาคม

บทคัดย่อ

การประเมินโครงการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสรรพวิทยาคม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินบริบทของโครงการ ประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการ ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ และประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการในด้านผลที่เกิดจากการดำเนินงานตามโครงการและความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงการ โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมิน CIPP กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนสรรพวิทยาคม คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ฉบับที่ 1 ประเมินโครงการด้านบริบทและด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการ ฉบับที่ 2 ประเมินด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ และฉบับที่ 3 ประเมินด้านผลผลิตและความ  พึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงการ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
          1. ผลการประเมินบริบทของโครงการ โดยผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละข้อ พบว่า ทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับมากและผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
          2. ผลการประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการโดยผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา   ขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละข้อ พบว่า ทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับมากและผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
          3. ผลการประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงานของโครงการโดยผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละข้อ พบว่า ทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับมากและผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
          4. ผลการประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน นักเรียน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน พบว่า
               4.1 ผลการประเมินพฤติกรรมการมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียน ด้านความขยัน ด้านความประหยัด ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านความสามัคคี และด้านความมีวินัย พบว่า ภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละข้อ พบว่า ทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับมากและผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
               4.2 ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อโครงการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสรรพวิทยาคม ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละข้อ พบว่า ทุกข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก และผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
          สรุป จากผลการประเมินโครงการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสรรพวิทยาคม  ผู้ประเมินได้ใช้รูปแบบการประเมิน CIPP ประเมินโครงการทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริบทของโครงการ(Context Evaluation) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการ  (Input Evaluation) ด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ (Process Evaluation) ด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ (Product Evaluation) โดยผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทุกด้าน ดังนั้น การดำเนินโครงการนี้จึงบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการตามที่ตั้งไว้
 
Abstract
          The Evaluation of the Moral and Ethical Development Project in Sapphawitthayakhom School is a project of evaluation. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the project context, input, implementation process and its satisfaction.The method is based on the CIPP assessment model. The project samples were the administrators and the teachers in Sappawittayakhom School, the Basic Education Institution Committee, and the students’ parents. The assessment forms were questionnaires. There were the assessment forms of the project. The first questionnaire is about the context and the inputs. The second is the assessment form of the implementation process. The third one is the productivity and the satisfaction upon the project. Means of averages and the standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The evaluation results are as follows:  
          1. The results of the assessment of the project context evaluated by the administrators, teachers and the Basic Education Institution Committee, in general are satisfying with high marks. All the items were given a high respected level and passed the assessment criteria perfectly.
          2. The results of the evaluation of the project inputs evaluated by the administrators, teachers and the basic education institution committee, in general are satisfying with high marks. All the items are given a high respected level and passed the assessment criteria perfectly.
          3. The results of assessment of the project implementation process evaluated by administrators, teachers and students, in general are satisfying with high marks. All the items are given a high respected level and passed the assessment criteria perfectly.
          4. The productivity evaluation of the project according to the opinions of administrators, teachers, basic education institution committee, students and students' parents found that:
               4.1 The result of the students’ assessment of the ethical conduct of students on their diligence, frugality, honesty, unity and discipline in general is presented in an actual high level. All the items are given a high respected level and passed the assessment criteria perfectly.
               4.2 The satisfaction towards the moral and ethical development project of students of Sapphawitthayakhom School, in general is presented in an actual high level. All the items are given a high respected level and passed the assessment criteria perfectly.
As a result, the Evaluation of the Moral and Ethical Development Project in Sapphawitthayakhom School has proved the project. The assessors using the CIPP assessment model are to assess the project in four areas: context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. All aspects of the assessment criteria in general are in high level and pass the assessment criteria perfectly. As a result, the implementation of this project is able to achieve the objectives of the project as set.
